These are the dogs who got their forever homes in 2012 thanks to Lilo’s Promise.

Join us Sunday, March 10, 2013 for Shop4Charity at the RWJ Center for Health & Wellness.  This spring’s event will benefit Lilo’s Promise Animal Rescue.

Lilo’s Promise Animal Rescue is a group of dedicated volunteers who provide love, socialization, veterinary care and safe housing for homeless American Pit Bulls Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, related breeds and mixes thereof. Those animals taken into Lilo’s Promise will stay with them until their forever homes are found, no matter how long that may be. They provide basic obedience for the dogs taken into Lilo’s Promise as well as provide them with exposure to various social situations.

No matter what the breed, background, age, or disability, all animals deserve a second chance or as we prefer to say, “A new beginning”. Each animal that is rescued has a special place in their hearts. The goal at Lilo’s Promise is to make the best match possible for both the pets and those looking to adopt a new family member.

Lilo’s Promise educates the public about the importance of spaying and neutering, obedience training, socialization and the joy of adopting a homeless dog or cat.
